My story
I’ve always been someone people share their secrets with. And through my career, I’ve been focused on relationships between leaders, their teams and their clients.
In my 25 years at Deloitte, I had a unique, career long perspective on the workings of professional service firms: the partnership dynamics, the importance of client service, and the commercial realities that make those firms successful. Through my career, I’ve picked up skills and experience that I can bring to your business. Your clients will share insights that will unlock value, adjust course, and enable you to focus on delivering the business that works for you.
I found my vocation in client listening: helping leaders understand their clients and teams and using that insight to be more successful and more profitable.

What makes HP different?
My approach minimises partner work: you need only focus on client communication and follow up, leaving the design, interviews and reporting to me. Lots of feedback programmes fail because the feedback is collected, and then ignored: my programme is designed to ensure that the feedback adds value and creates positive change.
With a broad range of experience in different sectors, I can step back and take a strategic perspective: getting to know your business and priorities through set up and briefings, I can see where there are opportunities and risks according to the client experience.
I’ll hear things that might be unpleasant to hear, and I’ll help the client articulate what would make a difference to them. I am not cowed by power dynamics to hold back on challenging feedback, and I communicate this sensitively: so it doesn’t destroy the person it’s about and means that they are motivated to take action to change.
