Our commitment to sustainability

The United Nations Sustainability goals

When doing business, it is also important to look at the bigger picture. When I founded Hearken Performance, I wanted to ensure it aligned with sustainable ways of working. I reviewed the UN Sustainability Goals and my work supports  3 of the ambitions set out. 
  • good health and well-being (SDG 3)
  • decent work and economic growth (SDG 8), and
  • reduced inequalities (SDG 10).
By elevating the voice of the client and using this to inspire teams and enhance performance, people can be happier at work, hear a more diverse range of voices, and attend to the needs of a wider range of people. With our help, businesses will therefore grow in a sustainable way.

In my work elevating voices and bringing client insight to teams, making use of virtual meetings is a sustainable choice as it benefits the environment with less travel. I will use my bike and public transport where possible and avoid flying to meetings or events.
